New Yoga for Mums and Bubs,
Thursdays 9.30 to 10.45 am

New Class is specially designed for parents with children from 6 weeks up to 5 years. These classes are relaxing and restorative, also strenghtening and at the same time gentle and nurturing and, of course, kids friendly.
Cost is $15 for casual and $120 for 10 classes

Beginners 10-week Course, Level 1
starting Wednesday 9 May, 6.30 - 8 pm

If you are completely new to yoga or just want to make sure that you have got the right foundations then this is the course for you! Increase your strength and flexibility, tone your body, relax your mind, and cultivate inner peace and balance.

Intermediate 10-week Course, focus on Levels 2, 3 & 4
starting Monday 16 April, 6.30 - 8 pm

Once you have done a Beginners course or a minimum of 10 Yoga For All classes you can attend the Intermediate course.

In Level 2 and 3 of the Yoga in Daily Life System we begin the journey to discovering the benefits of the Yoga Asanas, their influence on the body functions and mind including the long lasting results that come with systematic practice. We are introduced to holding postures for longer, building further inner strength, integrity and suppleness. Level 2 Asanas have a strong influence on improving posture, stimulating kidney and digestive functions and balancing the nervous system. Level 3 Asanas promote a fine balance of dynamic movement in the Asanas, to renew energy levels and lift the spirits, complimented by movements that tone and maintain the endocrine glands and the nervous system. The Nadi Shodhan Pranayama Level 2 and/or 3 are practiced, being a progression of the Level 1 practice to balance and purify the vital life energy in the body.
