Yoga (Level 1) 10 week course
Yoga in daily Life System begins with "Saraw Hitta Asanas" (Exercises
good for everybody).
These techniques have been developed for people
who lead full active work lives and can be practiced by anyone
regardless of age, ability,or physical condition. Saraw Hitta Asanas are unique, yet simple
and effective exercises offering increased flexibility of joints and spine, as well as improved blood circulation through the entire body.
Such benefits promote greater mental and physical health
while preparing the body for more advanced Yoga techniques. Within
1.5 hour class is included relaxation, asanas, breathing exercise
and short meditation at the end.
