Pranayama & Meditation l

Pranayama is the concious guidance of our "life energy" (prana) through the awareness and guidance of our breath process. In this class, the teacher will take you through a technique to balance, harmonize and unite the "enery channels" of your physical, mental and spritual being.

Following pranayama, the teacher will futher guide you into meditation. Meditation is the deepeing of awareness beyond our sensory perception and understanding, to the cause or essence of who and what we are. At this level of awareness, we are able to embrace all that we are both as an individal and as part of the whole. Through meditation we are able to come to terms with our individual qualities, our relationships and deepen our understanding of ourselves and the purpose of our lives.
