Wake-up Yoga

Start your day with invigorating yoga exercises which will give you abundance of energy and peace of mind for the whole day.

This 45-minute morning class is designed to stretch your body and to wake you up by a dynamic sequence of exercise called Khatu Pranam.

Khatu Pranam strengthens, stretches and relaxes the muscles of the whole body, promotes flexibility of the spine and regulates glandular activity. It fortifies the immune system, which in turns increases resistance to disease. The entire nervous system is balanced and strengthened. A few rounds performed daily are helpful for correcting poor posture, relieving back pain and digestive problems and reducing stress.
