Welcome to Kapiti Yoga in Daily Life, located in the heart of Raumati Beach and close to shops and transport. The peaceful atmosphere of this former church is the ideal environment for practicing yoga.The Yoga Centre is spacious and serene with all equipment provided.

Regular yoga classes and courses are held throughout the year, including Prenatal Yoga, Beginners Yoga & Meditation, Movie & Dinner Nights, Vegetarian Cooking Classes, Yoga retreats & special events.

10 week Beginners Yoga Courses

Developed for people who lead full active work lives and can be practised by anyone regardless of age, ability or physical condition. Saraw Hitta Asanas are unique yet simple and effective exercises offering increased flexibility of joints and spine, as well as improved blood circulation through the entire body. Cost $110 ($90 conc.)

Starting 2 March 2010 Tuesdays 7pm.

Pregnancy Class es

This class will improve your fitness and facilitate labour. It balances the body, emotions and mind, and soothes the spirit. It will help you to access deep resources of energy, through relaxation, postures and breathing.
Cost $12 ($10 conc.) per visit. Mondays 5.45pm.

Yoga for Children

Tuesdays 3.30-4.15pm
