North Shore Timetable

Yoga for All -  Regular classes 

 When: Mondays 7.00 - 8.15 pm and Wednesdays 7.00 - 8.15 pm

Cost: Casual classes $12 ($10 conc*);  6 Class card $60 ($50 concession*) ; 

         10 Class card $95 ($75 conc*) 

 *concession price for students, beneficiaries and pensioners

Where: Dance Studio at Birkdale Intermediate School

200 Birkdale Rd, Birkdale

Classes are open to everyone, including those new to yoga, and it also has the flexibility of catering for those who are more experienced in their practice.

Mats are provided (you are welcome to bring your own mat), wear comfortable clothes.
