Come and enjoy a relaxing Yoga weekend by the beautiful Otaki River. Take time out for yourself to regenerate your energy with Yoga postures, relaxation, meditation, inspirational talks and guided walks. Suitable for all, from beginners to advanced.
The retreat commences on Friday with registration between 5:30 and 7:00pm, followed by introduction, evening meal and light evening programme. The programme continues throughout the weekend with plenty of time out to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Delicious vegetarian meals are served throughout the weekend. Accommodation is shared in "bunk style" rooms. The programme finishes after lunch on Sunday (about 2:30pm) with optional walk to Otaki Forks (until 4.30pm)

- Free time is given throughout the day and you are welcome to take it whenever you wish
