In this hands-on class you will learn how to make:

            Rice

           Chappati

            Dhal

            Paneer dish

            Raita

            Halwa (sweet pudding)

  • Learn about the different kinds of pulses and flours
  • Learn the health benefits of different spices
  • Learn how to cook a well balanced nutritious vegetarian meal

For $60 you'll take home recipes, information on the health benefits of spices, and enjoy a shared meal.
