Practicing Nada yoga is very easy, yet effective way to come back to the original nature of our selfs, which is balance, well-being, the physical, mental, social and spiritual health, using sound. In the first part of this workshop we will chant the traditional vedic mantras followed by kirtan chanting. Chanting of kirtan is a call and responce practice offten accompanied by harmonium, drums, and other instruments. Very nice experience not just on spiritual, but also on the musical level.
This is now a regular event, every 1st Sunday of each month, scheduled for next few months as follows: Sunday 11 June 2017 | Sunday 2nd July 2017
