Beginners Course

Beginners Course suitable for those with no experience of Yoga, or if you are coming back to your practice after a break

Gentle class for Seniors

A very gentle class to relax, to recharge energy and bring some comfort back into life.     

Tuesdays: 10.00-11.00am

Ongoing drop-in classes, no need to book, $10 for 65+ y.o.

Level 2 - 3 Yoga class

These classes are for anyone who has done yoga before and is ready for more advanced yoga postures, done with deeper inner focus and concentration, providing you with more strength, energy and a sense of wellbeing. 

Saturdays: 8.15 - 9.30pm
Drop in:$22 or 10 class concession card for $170
Ongoing drop-in class, for experienced practitioners

Level 3 - 4 on Wednesdays

Level 3 - 4

Level 3  - 4 continues with more advanced postures that build on all the previous exercises learnt, if you have systematically followed them you will find these Asanas easy and energising. Ideal for those who would like to learn the levels of the System YIDL. 

Wednesdays 6 - 7.15pm, $22 or concession card or Monthly pass
