yoga zg01The latest addition to our Timetable - Lunchtime Yoga - is here for those who need a short class in the middle of the day to refresh the energy and calm the mind. Perfect if you are working in nearby offices or need a break from house work or studies during the day. 

 

We will be focusing on Khatu Pranam, our Yoga in Daily Life special sequence, as well as revitalising Pranayama to help us focus, relax and be more productive for the rest of the day.
