During the long Labour weekend just a week ago we had our yearly Yoga & Meditation Retreat at the Tauhara Retreat Centre near Lake Taupo. A group of 16 of us gathered there for diving deaper into the Yogic Sadhana, a simple practices of our System Yoga in Daily Life.
