An opportunity for beginners and experienced meditators to gather and benefit from each others presence as we take advantage of the special atmosphere of the practice hall in our ashram, finding inner stillness and awakening the feeling of inner freedom, peace and happiness.
Meditation is a natural phenomena, something as natural as breathing or sleeping. Yet, can we say that we are doing the breathing or making the sleep happen? The Yoga in Daily Life techniques of Pranayama, Self-Inquiry Meditation and Deep Relaxation, help us to access the natural deeper states of awareness, peace and understanding that exist within ourselves. With regular practice, these inner treasures flow out into our dailylife, our decision and relationships.
