Dear friends,
This is our latest yoga course for beginners focused on relaxation and restoring our natural healthy state of body and mind. We will practice simple yoga movements with mindful breathing.  Each class starts with relaxation and short explanation about the main topics in yoga practices, such as Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation etc.. As the course progresses, we aim to hold certain gentle poses for a bit longer to lear how to relax into the posture and relieve the stress from the body and mind.
