Lunchtime Yoga

This 45/60-minute session is an energising and refreshing experience to carry you through the day and reduce the build up of work-related stress and fatigue.

Postnatal Yoga (bring baby)

Gentle yoga exercises for women more than six weeks after giving natural birth or 2 months after a C/Section delivery. This one hour class is designed for mothers to bring their babies along until they are six months old (up until the crawling stage). The main aim is to take time for yourself, to relax and recharge, and to relieve tension and stress.

The more relaxed and balanced you are, the more relaxed and happier your child will be.

Pregnancy Yoga

This class will improve your fitness and facilitate labour. Yoga balances the body, emotions and mind, and soothes the spirit. You will learn to access deep resources of energy, through relaxation, postures and breathing techniques.

Relaxation & Meditation with live music

Practising sitting meditation or lying down relaxation with the sound of Indian bamboo flute (Bansuri) and traditional mantra chanting, lead by Swami Madhuram Puri from our Yoga in Daily Life Sri Devpuriji Ashram.
