Gentle Yoga

A gentle class for when you are recovering from illness or injury, are feeling elderly or infirm, or if you just prefer a slower, more cautious pace.

Level 1 - Beginners class

In this class we explore the core elements of the Yoga in Daily Life System together. This class mixes the Beginners level, which introduces you to yoga asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.


Tuesday: 5.45-7.15pm
10 class concession card $170/*$140 or drop in class $20/*$16

Ongoing drop-in class, no need to book.


Level 2 class on Thursdays

Level 2 suitable for those with some previous experience of Yoga, or if you are coming back to your practice after a break. The Yoga Postures of this level exert a far reaching effect upon the body as well as the mind. The continuation from Level 1 (Beginners level) to Level 2 is a commendable step of your progress. Practiced daily you will experience many wonderful benefits to your body posture and spine and energy levels.

Level 2-5

These classes are for anyone who has done yoga before and is ready for more advanced yoga postures, done with deeper inner focus and concentration.
