Sunrise Yoga

Wonderful start to the day with a 60 minute yoga class, awakening and energising body and mind, preparing ourselves for daily duties and challenges.

Yoga for All

Consists of a balance of exercises suitable for all ages and levels of competence. Class includes relaxation, postures, breathing techniques and a short meditation.

Yoga for Stress Relief

In this 6 week course you will learn techniques to calm yourself; to deal with stress, and to step out of stressful thought patterns.
