10wk Yoga Course Level 1 - 2

10 week Level 1 - 2 Course is for everyone, according to your level of ability and experience. Specially suitable for beginners. The yoga exercises from Yoga in Daily Life Level 1 and 2 are designed for beginners and those who want to build a firm foundation to their existing practice. Includes: yoga exercises to increase flexibility and strength of muscles and improve the function of internal organs; yogic breathing to reduce stress and anxiety; traditional pranayama, relaxation and meditation techniques.

Thursdays: 6.15 - 7.30pm
Starting: 17 July 2025

10 week Level 1 - 2 Course, for this course we require booking. Ideal when you did the Beginners Course or you are coming back to the yoga classes after while.
Possibility to drop in for regular practitioners or to join the course.
