General Yoga Class - 60 min

Wednesday: 5.30-6.30pm ($12)
Drop-in Class, no need to book. 

These classes will improve flexibility whilst strengthening the body, help keep the joints and spine supple, as well as provide relaxation and breathing techniques. The General Yoga classes are open to everyone, according to your level of ability and experience.

Gentle Yoga

new blinkA gentle class for when you are recovering from illness or injury, are feeling elderly or infirm, or if you just prefer a slower, more cautious pace. This class is also suitable for ladies during the pregnancy. 
Fridays: 9.30 - 10.45am | $15 or use your class pass | starts 13 January 2017

The Beginners Yoga classes (Level 1-2) are open to everyone, according to your level of ability and experience. Specially suitable for beginners.
